iQOO has expanded its tablet lineup in China with the launch of the new iQOO Pad 5c. The tablet joins the existing Pad 5, Pad 5 Pro, and Pad 5e models. It offers flagship-level hardware and several premium features at a competitive price.
The iQOO Pad 5c runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It pairs the chipset with LPDDR5X RAM and up to UFS 4.1 storage. However, the base 8GB/128GB model uses UFS 3.1 storage. The higher-end 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB variants feature faster UFS 4.1 storage.
To keep temperatures under control, iQOO includes a large 32,200mm² vapor chamber cooling system. This helps deliver stable performance during gaming and heavy workloads.
The tablet features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution. It also supports a smooth 144Hz refresh rate for better scrolling and gaming. Power comes from a 10,000mAh battery. In addition, the tablet supports 44W wired fast charging for quicker top-ups.
For photography and video calls, the iQOO Pad 5c includes a 5MP front camera. On the back, it features an 8MP rear camera. The device also comes with a quad-speaker setup for an improved audio experience. It measures 6.62mm in thickness and weighs 584g, making it relatively slim for its size.
On the software side, the tablet runs OriginOS 6. It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port. Buyers can choose between Grey Crystal and Silver Wing color options.
