The Interior Is the Real Story
Xiaomi is describing the N90 as a “smart variable large-space SUV” — and the interior concept is what separates it from most family EVs. The cabin can be reconfigured into a studio for content creation, a mobile café, or a reception room for business meetings. That flexibility goes well beyond fold-flat seats. It implies a modular interior architecture with adjustable lighting, power outlets, screens, and seating orientations built around the idea that the vehicle is a living space as much as a transport tool.
The HyperOS integration runs through all of it. Xiaomi’s operating system serves as the connectivity backbone — linking the vehicle to Xiaomi smartphones, smart home devices, and cloud services. That ecosystem play is what genuinely distinguishes this from a standard Chinese EV with a big screen on the dashboard.
N90 MAX Also Unveiled
The same day, Xiaomi unveiled the N90 MAX alongside the standard N90. It features a wheelbase exceeding 3 meters — larger than the N90’s already generous 3.1m figure — with a distinct interior layout designed for maximum rear passenger space. Full specs for the MAX have not been confirmed yet.
