iQOO’s Z-series has always focused on getting the basics right: a large battery, fast charging, and a smooth everyday experience without pushing prices too high. The new iQOO Z11 Lite follows the same formula, arriving as the successor to last year’s Z10 Lite with a bigger battery, faster charging, Android 16 out of the box, and a 120Hz display.
Competition in this segment has become much stronger, with several phones now offering Full HD displays, stereo speakers, and larger camera sensors. The Z11 Lite instead focuses on practicality, combining long battery life, a feature-rich software experience, and useful everyday features. So, should you buy it? Let’s find out in this review.

The iQOO Z11 Lite is available in three RAM and storage variants:
- 4GB + 128GB: ₹19,499
- 6GB + 128GB: ₹21,499
- 6GB + 256GB: ₹24,499
iQOO is offering a flat ₹1,500 discount as a part of the launch offer, bringing down the effective starting price to ₹17,499.
The phone comes in Midnight Blue and Solar Flame color options. Our review unit is the Solar Flame variant with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage.

7 Things I Like About the iQOO Z11 Lite
1. Design
The iQOO Z11 Lite leaves a good first impression. The Solar Flame finish on our review unit looks vibrant and flashy, and the rear panel does a good job hiding fingerprints during daily use. The camera module also looks neat and does not stick out excessively from the back.
Despite weighing 209 grams, the phone remains comfortable to hold for extended periods. The curved edges help distribute the weight well, making it easier to use while browsing, streaming, or scrolling through social media.
The phone also comes with MIL-STD-810H certification and an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance, which adds some extra peace of mind for everyday use.
2. Excellent Battery Life
Battery life is easily one of the strongest aspects of the iQOO Z11 Lite. The 6,500 mAh battery comfortably lasts a full day of mixed usage involving social media, messaging, YouTube, camera usage, navigation, and occasional gaming. Lighter users should have little trouble stretching it well into a second day.
The larger battery is also a noticeable improvement over the Z10 Lite, and it reduces how often you’ll find yourself reaching for the charger. I could get around 10 hours of screen time with the iQOO Z11 Lite, involving mixed use, on a single charge.
Reverse wired charging is available as well, allowing the phone to charge smaller accessories whenever needed.
3. 44W Charging With a Charger Included
The Z11 Lite supports 44W FlashCharge, and iQOO also includes the charger inside the box, something that is becoming less common even in this price segment.
Charging speeds are a meaningful upgrade over the previous generation. The phone reaches roughly 50% in around 40 minutes, making quick top-ups fairly convenient throughout the day. A full charge takes over 1 hour and 20 minutes.
4. Headphone Jack and Expandable Storage
The iQOO Z11 Lite retains features that many budget buyers still appreciate. You get a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired earphones, along with a hybrid SIM slot that supports either two SIM cards or one SIM card alongside a microSD card. For users upgrading from an older smartphone, these remain useful additions that several competitors simply don’t offer anymore.
5. Useful AI Features
iQOO includes a decent collection of AI features on the Z11 Lite. You get AI Photo Enhance, AI Creation for checking grammar and summarizing long text, AI Captions, and AI Screen Translation. There is no Circle to Search or AI Eraser though.
6. OriginOS 6 Experience
Software is another area where the Z11 Lite performs well. OriginOS 6 offers a polished interface with smooth animations and plenty of customization options.
Features like split-screen multitasking, mini windows, widgets, gesture navigation, and the AI tools mentioned earlier help make the software experience feel more complete than many phones in this segment. Surprisingly, the phone also supports Office Kit for seamless connectivity with your Windows/Mac machine.
iQOO promises two major Android upgrades along with three years of security updates for the 6GB RAM variant. For the 4GB RAM variant, iQOO has yet to confirm the update policy but it should be getting at least 1 major Android upgrade.
7. Everyday Performance
The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 delivers acceptable everyday performance. Tasks like messaging, web browsing, streaming, navigation, social media, and video calls run smoothly for the most part, and app loading times remain fairly quick thanks to UFS 2.2 storage. Most casual users are unlikely to have any complaints during everyday use.
6 Things I Wish Were Better On the iQOO Z11 Lite
1. HD+ Display
The display is probably the biggest compromise on the iQOO Z11 Lite. The 6.74-inch LCD panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps scrolling and animations appear smooth during everyday use. However, the HD+ resolution becomes noticeable while reading smaller text or watching high-quality videos.
The bezels are also fairly thick, especially the bottom chin, while the waterdrop notch gives the front an older appearance. Several competitors now offer punch-hole displays with slimmer borders, making the Z11 Lite look dated by comparison.
2. Performance Under Heavy Workloads
While everyday performance is perfectly acceptable, heavier workloads begin to expose the limitations of the Dimensity 6300. BGMI gaming sessions, slightly more demanding applications, and multitasking occasionally introduce stutters and slower app reloads. Casual users will likely be satisfied, though buyers looking for better gaming performance will find better alternatives in this segment like the Galaxy A17 or the Motorola G57 Power.
3. Bloatware
Like many smartphones in this price range, the Z11 Lite ships with several pre-installed first-party and third-party bloatware. The third-party bloatware can be removed, though you’ll still need to spend a few minutes cleaning up the software after setting up the phone for the first time. vAppStore, iQOO Browser, lockscreen poster, and other first-party bloatware will keep sending you notifications unless turned off.
4. Basic Selfie Camera
The 5MP front camera is fairly basic by today’s standards. Selfies captured outdoors are acceptable for social media and video calls, though detail levels remain average. Indoor photos quickly lose sharpness, and HDR performance is fairly limited in challenging lighting conditions.
5. Rear Camera Performance
The rear camera system is decent for the price, though it isn’t particularly impressive. The 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera captures social-media-ready photos in daylight with pleasant colors and acceptable detail.
The relatively compact 1/2.93-inch sensor reaches its limits once lighting becomes challenging. Indoor and low-light photos lose detail, visible noise increases, and HDR performance becomes less consistent.
The 0.08MP auxiliary sensor adds very little practical value, so you’re effectively getting one usable rear camera.
6. Single Speaker
The iQOO Z11 Lite comes with a single speaker instead of a stereo setup. Loudness is decent thanks to the 200% Ultra Volume mode, though the speaker is positioned at the top of the phone, making it fairly easy to cover while in landscape orientation.
Audio quality is acceptable for casual media consumption, though several competing phones now offer stereo speakers that deliver a more immersive experience.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
The Z11 Lite uses a spring motor for haptics, so vibration feedback lacks the precision of an X-axis linear motor. There is also no NFC support, which means contactless payments are unavailable. The side-mounted fingerprint scanner remains fast and reliable during daily use, and face unlock also works reasonably well under good lighting conditions.
Review Verdict: Should You Buy the iQOO Z11 Lite?
The iQOO Z11 Lite focuses on delivering the essentials, and for the most part, it succeeds. Battery life is excellent, charging is fast, OriginOS 6 offers a feature-rich software experience, and practical additions like the included charger, headphone jack, expandable storage, and IP65 rating add great value for everyday users.
There are a few compromises, though. The HD+ display, dated-looking front, single speaker, modest cameras, and entry-level chipset prevent it from becoming the strongest all-rounder in its segment.
If your priorities include long battery life, fast charging, and dependable everyday performance, the iQOO Z11 Lite can be worth considering. Buyers looking for a sharper display, stronger gaming performance, or better cameras should also look at alternatives like the POCO M8, Redmi 15 5G, or Samsung Galaxy A17 5G.
