INNODIGYM has launched the OMNI X1 Pro, a compact smart strength-training system designed to replace multiple pieces of traditional gym equipment while occupying just 10.4 square feet (0.97 m²).
The launch follows a Kickstarter campaign that raised more than $2 million, exceeding its original funding target by about 21,000 percent.
360° Smart Cable Training
The OMNI X1 Pro uses a dual-servo motor system to deliver up to 264 lb (120 kg) of digital resistance through a 360° cable system. Its three-rail design supports exercises including bench presses, rows, lat pulldowns, squats, lunges, rotational movements and sport-specific training.
Four Resistance Modes
The machine offers four intelligent resistance modes:
- Standard Mode: Provides a traditional, linear weight-training feel.
- Eccentric Mode: Increases resistance by 40–60 percent during the lowering phase for greater muscle stimulation.
- Spring Mode: Mimics resistance-band training, increasing tension as the cable extends.
- Isokinetic Mode: Maintains a consistent movement speed while automatically adjusting resistance.
Smart-Assisted Pull-Ups and AI Safety
The OMNI X1 Pro includes what INNODIGYM describes as the world’s first smart-assisted pull-up system.
Safety features include quick-release smart handles that allow users to immediately reduce resistance. During guided workouts, AI can also detect abnormal movements or an unstable bar and automatically release resistance.
Compact Design
Despite replacing equipment such as racks, dumbbells, cable machines and an assisted pull-up station, the OMNI X1 Pro requires only 10.4 sq. ft. (0.97 m²) during use.
For storage, it folds down to approximately 1.3 sq. ft. (0.12 m²) and requires no permanent installation.

AI Coaching Without a Subscription
INNODIGYM plans a major software update later in 2026 featuring an AI Coach, 300–500 guided exercises, personalized recommendations, multi-user profiles and detailed workout analytics.
The company says these features will be available without an expensive subscription.
