OPPO’s upcoming Find X10 series might be getting
the biggest screen upgrade the lineup has seen in years, according to a new
leak from tipster Digital Chat Station. The headline feature? Support for BT.2020, a next-level color standard that most flagship phones don’t even offer yet! Isnt that amazing?
The Display
Here’s the most exciting part: the screens reportedly use a brand-new eye-friendly material designed to hit that BT.2020 color standard, meaning richer, more accurate colors than what you’ll find on most flagships today (including
OPPO‘s own Find X9 series). The leak also claims the
display will boost “good” red light while cutting back on blue light, a combo that’s supposed to make your eyes feel less tired during long scrolling sessions.
As for the Find X10 Pro specifically, earlier leaks suggest it’ll rock a big 6.78-inch flat screen with sharp 1.5K resolution, made by Chinese supplier Tianma.
The Design
Thinner bezels (the borders around your screen) are reportedly coming thanks to new production lines built just for this. They’re using a technique called LIPO, which
OPPO has already used on past phones to make screens look more edge-to-edge. If true, this slim-bezel look probably won’t be a one-model exclusive, it could show up across the whole Find X10 family.
When’s It Dropping?
No official date yet, but past reports suggest an October launch in China, following the same timeline as last year’s Find X9 series.
Now a Quick Heads-Up that i think is really important
Keep in mind, this is all leak territory, not something OPPO has confirmed. Digital Chat Station usually has solid intel on OPPO and Chinese Android phones, but bold claims like “industry-highest” should be taken with a grain of salt. It’s likely marketing language getting repeated by the source, not something tested and proven in a lab.
