One thing happend in my Huge Sur macOS and the shortcut for "Format" -> "Textual content" -> "Middle" is modified within the "down" key!
So for instance each time I press the down key in TextEdit or Notice (and I suppose in each app that use these system menus) I obtained the textual content centered as a substitute of transfer the cursor down.
I attempted to revive default shortcuts and nothing modified. Rebooted, nothing. CMD + OPT + P + R not resolved the difficulty…

I reset the shortcut in sys pref -> keyboard, however with no success. I attempted with one other account on the mac and the issue is similar. So it’s not a consumer setting, however a system one.
