Guava Daiquiri
1.5 oz Rum
1 oz Chinook Guava Liqueur
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
METHOD: Combine rum, Chinola Guava Liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
