Fender Audio is bringing its ELIE portable speakers and MIX wireless headphones to U.S. shoppers, following the products’ debut at CES. Both product lines are now available through Fender Audio’s website, Amazon, and Best Buy.
Fender Audio is owned by Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and operated under license by Singapore-based audio company Riffsound. The consumer electronics brand draws on the Fender name while targeting listeners beyond guitars, amps, and stage gear.
The new lineup covers two familiar audio categories with a few less-common ideas thrown into the mix, including portable speakers that can pull double duty for live instruments and headphones designed around replaceable, customizable components.
ELIE Speakers Blend Portable Audio With Performance Features

The ELIE series, short for “Extremely Loud Infinitely Expressive,” consists of the $299 ELIE E6 and $399 ELIE E12.
Both speakers feature built-in subwoofers and use what Fender Audio describes as a world-first implementation of Waves System-on-a-Chip technology. According to the company, the combination is designed to improve efficiency, output, clarity, and distortion management without requiring a larger speaker enclosure.
ELIE gets particularly interesting for musicians. A built-in XLR/quarter-inch combo input lets the speaker operate as a full-range, flat-response speaker for instruments and microphones. That gives it a use case beyond streaming music around the house or taking a playlist outside.
Bluetooth connectivity is joined by support for up to two extra wireless channels when used with compatible Fender Audio accessories. Stereo Mode allows paired-speaker playback, with Multi-Mode designed for setups involving several speakers.

For buyers who occasionally need something that can move from Spotify duty to guitar or microphone duty, ELIE is taking a broader approach than the typical portable Bluetooth speaker.
MIX Headphones Offer Modular Hardware And 100-Hour Battery Life
Fender Audio’s MIX headphones are priced at $299 and center on a modular design that lets users customize elements for fit, appearance, and listening preferences.
Inside are 40mm Graphene drivers paired with Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation. Dual microphones use Environmental Noise Cancellation to help improve voice clarity.
Battery life is rated at up to 100 hours, which should leave plenty of breathing room between charges for commuting, travel, gaming, or long listening sessions.

Fender includes its FWD Tx USB-C transmitter with MIX. The adapter supports lossless LHDC-V audio, low-latency LC3 audio, and Auracast on compatible devices. The transmitter could prove particularly useful for devices that do not natively support every wireless format offered by the headphones.
