The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has released the preliminary schedule for the Central Superior Services (CSS) Competitive Examination 2027, announcing key dates for the MCQ-Based Preliminary Test (MPT) and the written examination.
According to the advance public notice, online applications for the CSS 2027 MPT will be accepted from August 3 to August 20, 2026. The preliminary screening test, consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), is scheduled to be held on September 27, 2026.
FPSC also announced that the official advertisement for the CSS Written Examination 2027 will be published on November 8, 2026.
Candidates will be able to submit online applications for the written examination from November 10 to November 25, 2026, while the deadline for submitting hard copies of applications along with the required documents has been set for December 4, 2026.
The CSS Written Examination 2027 is scheduled to commence on January 27, 2027.
The commission has advised aspiring candidates to regularly visit the FPSC website for updates, notifications, and detailed instructions regarding the examination process.
