When I go from About this Mac -> More Info I see this
but when I open up the Storage, I am met with this
Which is the correct one?

I have tried
sudo killall storagekitd
But see the same result. I am confused why the initial screen shows that lower available space. I did check this question but that seemed to be stemming from something different.
