| The SESAR Joint Undertaking (SESAR JU) is delighted to announce the 16th edition of the SESAR Innovation Days (SIDs) — Europe’s flagship event for air traffic management (ATM) research. Hosted by University College Cork, this year’s SIDs will once again bring together researchers, industry professionals and academics to share forward-looking ideas and breakthrough research shaping the future of aviation. In addition to the conference programme, attendees will also have the opportunity to take part in technical demonstrations, poster sessions and networking activities, as well as site visits to leading aviation partners in the Cork region. |
| How can you contribute to SESAR Innovation Days 2026? |
| We invite submissions for papers, posters and technical exhibits from across the ATM and aviation research community, including universities, research centres, ANSPs, airlines and industry partners. Contributions will be evaluated based on their innovative approach, scientific merit and potential performance impact. |
| Poster submission deadline: 28 September 2026Paper submission deadline: 6 October 2026 |
| Those deadlines are strict and won’t be extended further. Further details on the submission process and templates can be found here. Registrations for the event will open on 1 October 2026.
