Speediance is heading to IFA 2026 with a new generation of its connected home fitness hardware, led by the Gym Monster 3, Gym Monster 3S, and flagship Gym Monster Ultra.
The company will demonstrate the systems in Berlin at Hall 12, Booth 121, giving attendees a chance to see how Speediance is expanding its all-in-one strength platform with higher resistance, revised cable positioning, larger training areas, and AI-assisted coaching.
Gym Monster 3 and 3S Add More Resistance and Smarter Coaching
The Gym Monster 3 and 3S build on Speediance’s existing compact home gym concept, which combines several pieces of traditional strength equipment into one freestanding system.
The Gym Monster 3 supports up to 100 kg, or 220 pounds, of digital resistance, while the Gym Monster 3S raises that figure to 120 kg, or 260 pounds. Resistance can be adjusted in 500-gram or 1-pound increments.

Both systems feature 19 cable positions spaced across a 7.5 cm grid, giving users more flexibility when setting pull angles for different exercises and body sizes. Speediance says reinforced welds and a stiffer arm structure improve stability during heavier training.
A 23.8-inch WQHD display with a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution serves as the main interface, paired with 20W surround sound and ambient lighting that reacts to workouts. Voice control, Assist Mode, Partner Mode, and four resistance modes remain part of the platform.
Speediance is adding an AI-powered Coach intended to provide more personalized and responsive workout guidance. A new Pilates setup expands the system further with loops, straps, platform extensions, and a mat.
The Gym Monster remains freestanding, so it does not require drilling or permanent wall installation. Speediance lists an unfolded footprint of roughly 0.84 square meters, shrinking to about 0.26 square meters when folded.
Gym Monster Ultra Targets More Serious Strength Training
The Gym Monster Ultra sits at the top of the new lineup and takes a more traditional strength-room approach.
Its 2.27-meter frame provides 33 cable positions and incorporates a multi-grip pull-up station, vertical high-lat pulldown, and adjustable thigh restraint. Movable lower pulleys are designed to follow the direction of movement during rows, deeper pulls, and rotational exercises.

Resistance tops out at 120 kg, or 260 pounds.
Speediance has increased the Ultra’s usable platform to 0.88 square meters, which the company says provides 64% more training space than its previous generation. That extra room should prove useful for exercises such as squats, lunges, and split-stance movements where a cramped platform can become annoying in a hurry.
The complete operating footprint reaches up to 2.08 square meters with the lat-pulldown arms in use, then folds down to roughly 0.59 square meters for storage.
Speediance positions the Gym Monster Ultra for advanced home users, coaches, and smaller studios looking for broader exercise coverage without filling a room with individual machines.
Pricing and retail availability were not included in the announcement.
