The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore has announced the first merit list for undergraduate admissions, after receiving an overwhelming response from prospective students.
University officials said 21,066 students applied for admission to the undergraduate programmes of the institution, submitting a combined 288,166 programme preferences.
The figures reflect a rising demand among students for enrollment at the university.
Following the release of the first list, UET Lahore has announced a schedule for subsequent merit lists. The second list will be issued on August 7, the third on August 14, and the fourth on August 21.
