Google just dropped the Android 17 QPR2 Beta 3 update to eligible Pixel devices, and in addition to squashing a few bugs, the new software introduces some cool new features as well. The most notable change is the ability to customize the Quick Settings menu.
Quick Settings layout editor
With Android 17, Google is adding a new Quick Settings layout editor that allows you to arrange pretty much all of the toggles and settings. You can choose which quick toggles to make into bigger tiles and even move the brightness slider and the media player around.
More theming options will make it to the final build. For instance, you can tune the hue of the four main colors via a slider, and some blur effects will also be added.

Additionally, the update introduces some call protection features that help prevent users from falling for social engineering scams through additional confirmation dialogs when dialing call-forwarding calls.
